enlighten and ignite

A GIFT FROM A FRIEND AND A SCRIPTURE TAG. A friend of mine gave me this beautiful piece of art more than 20 years ago. Because we moved around a lot over the years, this gift was stored in a box for 11 years. It was only after we moved back to our house that I was able to appreciate it again. For a while, I didn't know where to hang and display this gift.

Sometime this year, I had an idea to display it on my desk after being reminded of a scripture about the clay and the potter. I use this desk during my daily quiet time. On this desk, I have my bible, 3 devotionals, a 5-year journal, pens, highlighter, gifts from friends, and repurposed credit card holder and old business cards (with hand written scriptures).

Last Wednesday, I had an idea to write the scripture on a tag (handcrafted using a Cricut) on this particular gift after reading my Daniel Plan Devotional. What a profound reminder for me that God is constantly transforming my life!
