THE TYPE A'S CHOICE OF FOOD: YYUMMY HEALTHY DISHES AND TREATS.
I'm not usually one to label myself, but let's just say it—I am a Type A personality through and through! This trait definitely influences how I tackle health matters. So, when my doctor advises me to cut back on certain foods, I’m all in because I’m determined to see those numbers on my blood work hit the mark. Type As are all about going the extra mile to achieve the best results possible!
Driven by my goal to maintain normal blood values, I focus on creating healthy meals that are also delicious. In this post, I'm excited to share some of the dishes I've whipped up, along with my husband's culinary masterpieces. I'll also highlight the meals I enjoyed during my 21-day fast and the indulgences I allowed myself when I broke the fast for two days to celebrate my husband's birthday. I rarely eat steak, but when my husband cooks it, I simply can’t resist!
