BACKYARD HARVEST: LEMON VERBENA


Steps before packaging:


  1. In a large pot, blanch the lemon verbena leaves.

  2. Spread out a towel on a flat surface. I used the kitchen island.

  3. Let it dry for a week.

  4. Store in an airtight container.
