refocus and delight

I needed to refocus last week because I fell off the wagon. I ate unhealthy foods and my body suffered. So I vowed to get back up and eat with intention. Here is what my prepped ingredients look like: for beet, apple, carrot juice, roasted beets, chimichurri, almond topping for oatmeal, sweet potato and apple salad, and fajitas. It's a delight to eat healthy and my body feels it!
