It's time to make tabouleh. Save parsley stalks for making your own vegetable broth. Freeze and collect more vegetable ends.


I usually buy Riced Cauliflower from Trader Joe's. This time, I bought a whole cauliflower, used a food processor, bagged, and stored in freezer for future cravings. Cost of cauliflower: 50 cents.
