I make my own vegetable broth. I save and freeze parsley and cilantro stalks, onion peels, carrot tips, and any vegetable ends in a plastic bag. When the bag is full, I boil the vegetables in a big pot, strain after it has cooled down , and transfer to silicone baking pans for freezing. Then, I put the frozen broth molds into a plastic bag and use as needed.
