WINSOME WHISK: THE TINY. One of my favorite kitchen gadgets is the tiny whisk. I find that this gadget motivates me to eat more salad. I know it sounds strange but I get so much enjoyment from whisking the components of a simple salad dressing with this tiny tool. It was such a relief when I found out I'm not the only one who enjoys using this gadget. A chef at Milk Street Television likes it too.

I didn't feel like cooking this week because I was all alone in the house. One day, I decided to whip up a simple salad with Spinach, Apples, and Toasted Slivered Almonds drizzled with Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard, and Honey. I got to use my favorite whisk! Ohhh, life's simple pleasures😊
