GRILLED TURKISH FLATBREAD. I can't get enough of Turkish Flatbread especially when it is whole grain with Flax. My husband and I changed the cooking process this time by grilling instead of using a cast iron pan. This flatbread freezes well and tastes good from the freezer to the toaster oven without thawing in the microwave.
Sharing the endless ways you can use the flatbread: Banh Mi filling- lemongrass pork with pickled cucumber and carrots and Pizza with roasted butternut squash, roasted beets, sautéed mushrooms, and roasted broccoli. Did I mention roasted broccoli as one of my favorite toppings on a pizza?
