ENERGY BITES. A few days ago, I decided to make gluten-free brownies so I can use yogurt.that was nearing its 'best before date'. I didn't follow the recipe so it wasn't that good. Instead of throwing it away, I came up with the idea of making it into energy bites. I cut up the brownies and pulsed in the food processor. Then, I added dates, coconut flakes, and dark chocolate bars. I formed the mixture into a log by wrapping and shaping it using a clear wrap and coated with toasted sesame seeds.
