For the next 28 days, I will be posting my flexitarian meal dishes😊
PAD THAI WITH MUNG BEAN NOODLES AND CABBAGE. In this dish, I tried to substitute Pad Thai noodles with mung bean noodles and lots of cabbage. This was my first time eating mung bean noodles and I didn't like its chewy texture. I may have to try a different brand of noodles next time.








Looks yummy but have never had mung bean noodles😋
