BREAKFAST DELIGHTS. As many of you know, I eat oatmeal almost everyday. Those times when I don't eat oatmeal is because my husband prepared frittata. It's usually spinach, mushroom, broccoli, bell peppers, and potato. Sometimes, he adds meat like ham and sausage. The cheeses include mozzarella, parmesan, and smoked gouda. I couldn't resist!
