BABY BOK CHOY FROM THE GARDEN. I harvested a bunch of baby bok choy from the garden and stir fried it with shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, celery, and asparagus tips. I served it on top of cauliflower brown rice and added air-fried sesame ginger tofu. So satisfying!
