TURKISH FLATBREAD. I harvested more basil, parsley, and dill the other day which turned into pesto and dill rice. Now, I had to think of what to do with the parsley and with the Greek yogurt in the fridge that is about to reach its 'best before' date. Here comes Turkish Flatbread with endless possibilities. Pizza was the first thing that came to mind; Margherita Pizza to be specific. Oh, and it did not disappoint. I give my husband extra points for helping me out. The best part? 3/4 cup of ground flaxseed substituted for fiber and flavor enhancement (according to my taste buds!)
