BAKING AND PREPPING DAY: MIXED BERRY AND PECAN SCONES; CHEESE SCONES; ROASTED VEGETABLES. My husband and I were busy in the kitchen two weeks ago. While he baked the yummy scones, I was busy marinating and roasting vegetables for the week's dishes. I had envisioned using the veggies in bulgur beet salad, couscous salad, and mini pizzas.
