A DELICIOUS CHANGE IN BREAKFAST ROUTINE:CREAMY CHICKPEAS with POACHED EGG and HAM. As many of you know, I eat oatmeal everyday. I got a surprise from my husband one morning when he prepared this surprisingly delicious dish. I gobbled it up knowing the chickpeas was not from a can and the ham was free from nitrates/nitrites, added hormones, and artificial preservatives. And the piece of toast? He baked a Rustic French Boule the day before. A perfect accompaniment!
