TOFU FRIES. When I feel like eating French fries, I make tofu fries. I've been making tofu marinated in homemade chimichurri sauce and coated with nutritional yeast. For both dishes, I drain the tofu in the fridge overnight to remove excess water. Then I cut the tofu into strips, coat with chimichurri sauce or nutritional yeast before cooking in the air fryer in 370 F for 15 minutes. For your desired texture, you may cook for another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
