DRESSED-UP TUNA CAKE. My husband and I do not eat the same breakfast every day. I usually have my oatmeal and fruit while he whips up something different every day. His favorites include bacon and eggs, omelet, lox and bagel, toast with cheese, frittata, bratwurst, corned beef hash, etc. You get the pictureš
As I was eating my oatmeal and fruit one fine morning, I was so surprised when I looked over what he prepared for breakfast. I had to ask him what he made because it looked fancy. He cut up a toast with a ring mold, added tuna cake (leftover from the day before), layered with poached egg, topped with lemon garlic aioli, and sprinkled with Togarashi.
