I love snacking. Most of the time, I don't end up making good choices. My quest for vegan snacks led me to Vegan Rob's Cheddar Puffs. I have tried 2 other Vegan Rob's products and was impressed with the texture and taste. I was wrong this time. I didn't like the Cheddar Puffs but didn't want throw it away.
So, I came up with COATED FISH FILLETS. Place fillets on a plate and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Coat with crushed dairy-free cheddar puffs. Pan fry in very minimal oil. Place in cooling rack to retain crisp texture and drain excess oil. Enjoy!
