STEAMED FISH IN SESAME GINGER SAUCE. If I see steamed whole fish with sesame ginger sauce on the menu at a Chinese restaurant, I would always order it. I guess I like anything with sesame ginger: salad dressing at a Japanese restaurant, stirfry dishes, etc. My husband usually prepares whole Sea Bass for this steamed dish recipe. He recently added a twist on this dish by cutting up pieces of Halibut and steaming the pieces on a wok. In a separate pan, he sauteed minced garlic, thinly-sliced ginger, chopped scallions, chopped cilantro in Grapeseed oil. Then, he added sesame oil, soy sauce, and a little bit of sugar. Remove from heat and pour over steamed fish on a platter. Garnish with cilantro.

Looks so yummy I love fish❣️
