THYME, TWO WAYS. Our friend, RJ, came by to give us fresh thyme and other goodies. We feel so blessed to have her in our lives. We hope to cook for RJ and her mom when this pandemic is over.
My husband, Raymond, incorporated the thyme in two dishes: Wild Salmon on Cedar Plank with fresh Thyme and Za'atar, and Ribeye Steak with fresh Thyme and Garlic. Surprisingly delicious!
