CAULIFLOWER QUINOA FRIED RICE. I love cauliflower rice and I don't mind slaving away "ricing" a whole head of cauliflower. My method for smooth processing is cutting the cauliflower into small pieces. I use the pulse action in the food processor so there are still big pieces for texture. After I process all the cauliflower, I divide it into servings and store in the freezer using Ziploc bags. This way, I have riced cauliflower ready anytime I need to detox from non-essential carbs😁


For this flavorful vegan fried rice, I sauteed minced garlic in Grapeseed Oil, added frozen peas and carrots, then added the riced cauliflower. I stirred constantly in high heat to reduce the moisture then added cooked quinoa to prevent the cauliflower from getting mushy. When the moisture was almost gone, I added green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. I mixed it thoroughly and then seasoned to taste.
