TROUT, 2 WAYS. My husband and I like the taste of Rainbow Trout. We make it a habit to order it on the menu at California Fish Grill or buy it fresh if available at Costco. A pack in Costco has 4 pieces. To prepare this fish by deboning takes time. I commend my husband for having the patience to debone the fish for an hour. As I watched him painstakingly plucking every bit of fishbone, I asked if this preparation is necessary. He replied, "it's all worth it in the end". So true! Eating the trout without the bones was so satisfying as it was seamless chewing all the way😁
