MATCHA TOFU DONUT. I had a craving for matcha tofu donut a few weeks ago. My favorite is from Tea Master Matcha Cafe and Green Tea Shop in LA's Little Tokyo. During my last visit at the Tea Shop, I had a Matcha Soft Serve and a tofu donut. It was a memorable visit.

Luckily, I had all the ingredients available on the day I had a craving and my husband was more than willing to make it. I was so excited that I kept asking when I can have my first bite. Oh, and it's baked! I enjoyed eating the donuts with a hot matcha latte😊
