Once in a while, I take a break from eating oatmeal for breakfast. Here are some of my favorite breakfast dishes prepared by my husband:

Caprese Omelet drizzled with balsamic reduction

Whole wheat toast topped with hummus, avocado, and scrambled eggs

Spinach, Mushroom, Caramelized Onion, aged cheddar Omelet

Potato, tomato, mushroom, and aged cheddar fritatta
