I love pasta, the real pasta made from semolina flour, as well as the sauces that I can pour over it. However, there are days when I can't indulge with more than 40g of carbs per serving. It gets a little bit more complicated when I have to think of ways on how I can burn those calories on days I don't feel like going to the gym. Then came bean pasta with less than 25g of carbs per serving. My eyes would light up every time I see it on grocery store shelves---what can I cook this time?
I bought edamame pasta late last year and used half of the pasta in the box. It came in handy on the first week of January when I was ill with asthma and craving for pasta. When my husband asked me what I wanted for dinner, I told him my craving for a vegan pasta dish.
It was so delicious! I asked for a second serving and forgot about the total carbs😂
