When my aunt was craving for stuffed pasta shells, my husband cooked Conchiglie with 2 kinds of stuffing-Italian sausage and mushrooms as well as lemon ricotta. He cooked the pasta shells, stuffed the shells and arranged in a pan, added marinara sauce, topped with grated Parmesan cheese, and baked in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes. And here it is...
