CRAVINGS FOR SNACKS: HOMEMADE SWEET POTATO OAT WAFFLES, ROASTED PUMPKIN SPICED CHICKPEAS. The description sounds healthy, doesn't it? Well, in a twisted way of thinking, I like to think that because I'm incorporating foods rich in fiber, I can indulge a little bit. I have been studying a lot these days and it explains why I'm craving for snacks. As my eyes focus on the information in the thick textbooks and online modules, my eyelids start to close and before I know it, I'm dozing off. Hence, the snacks. I need something to munch on while studying. My indulgence came in the form of a jar of Pisti Spreadable Hazelnut Cream and a jar of Bonne Maman Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread.
