SIMPLY SEASONED: CRISPY BARRAMUNDI. My husband was disappointed that he didn't see fresh trout at Costco last weekend. He was imagining smoking the trout and making a smoked trout dip for bagels that he was planning to bake.


He bought barramundi instead and cooked it with minimal oil, salt, and pepper. My first bite of the crispy barramundi was like a symphony in my mouth. It was so delicious!
