A CHALLENGE: SOFT BAO BUNS. When my husband and I were disappointed by the not-so-delicious bao at dim sum restaurants, he decided to cook some weeks ago. It all started with a visit to the local library and a stack of cookbooks. He is currently experimenting with different recipes.
For the filling, my husband cooked Japanese Chicken Curry and Chinese Chicken Char Siu. The dough turned out super soft and fluffy.
