SURPRISINGLY GOOD: CANNED TUNA ROLL. I made a mistake in clearing the fridge too early before a trip. I had to come up with a dish for lunch and dinner with no vegetables in the crisper. There was a bag of frozen spinach in the freezer I thought I could use. I came up with an idea of using canned tuna mixed with cooked brown rice and Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing to make a nori roll. I added Gomae (Japanese Spinach Salad) for color and nutrients.










Looks yummy and healthy 😊
