A VEGAN TREAT AND A FEW SAVORY DISHES: MANGO AVOCADO MOUSSE, ROASTED VEGGIES, AND TOFU TWO WAYS (OVEN CRISPED GARLIC TOFU AND TERIYAKI TOFU).


Mango Avocado Mousse: In a blender, add frozen mango, frozen avocado, and almond coconut milk. For more sweetness, add more mango. Blend until smooth.

Roasted Veggies: Coat veggies and tofu with olive oil and Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence. May season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven at 375F until tender.

ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS, MUSHROOMS, SWEET POTATO, AND TOFU

TERIYAKI TOFU

For these tofu dishes: Coat tofu pieces in olive oil, garlic and salt. Cook in oven at 400F until brown and crispy. Once cooked, you may add teriyaki sauce and warm in oven or enjoy the crispy garlic tofu bites without sauce.
