WHAT I ATE WHEN I WAS SICK WITH COVID. My husband and I didn't get sick at the same time. I tested positive five days before he did. Even though I had excruciating body aches, headaches, fatigue, and congestion, I looked forward to eating what my husband cooked. I quarantined for 5 days and ate my meals in bed. Here are some of the dishes he prepared:

Miso Eggpant, Grilled Mackerel, Miso Soup, Chicken Teriyaki, Stir Fried Bok Choy, Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms, and Steamed Brown Rice (and rice vinegar as dipping sauce)
