"PARMESAN TRUFFLE FRIES" (mock). Yesterday, I had a major craving for Parmesan Truffle Fries. Everything about this food is bad for me. I have to avoid dairy and fried foods.I had to come up with a dairy free, baked, and a low carb version of the fries. So, with tofu, nutritional yeast, and a mix of truffle oil and olive oil, I was able to satisfy my craving. I baked the tofu at 400F for over 30 minutes until it reached the desired texture. It was so crunchy and tasty!
