BOK CHOY: TWO WAYS. Bok choy is one of my favorite greens. I like it so much that I grow it in our garden. Before I could harvest, I made a trip to the grocery to get some. Here are some of the dishes I cooked with a bunch of bok choy. ..


A simple dish with air-fried tofu drizzled with ginger sesame dressing and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Great as an appetizer!

And a brown rice bowl with air-fried sweet potato spirals and tofu, boiled edamame, massaged kale, and shredded carrots drizzled with ginger sesame dressing.
