What an eventful anniversary date we had at a Tapas Bar last week! My husband and I were eager to try out some delicious dishes, but unfortunately, we were let down by the food quality. We ordered grilled octopus on corn puree and stuffed mushrooms with chorizo for appetizers, but the grilled octopus was overcooked and the stuffed mushrooms were undercooked.

However, to turn things around and replace the disappointment from the dinner date, my amazing husband took matters into his own hands and whipped up some mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms and a delectable Bucatini Bolognese for us to enjoy together last Sunday!

THE FIRST TIME: USE OF DECORATIVE STITCH ON A SCRIPTURE SHAWL. There are times when ideas come to mind when I am finishing up a project. When an idea popped up to use a decorative stitch to line the edges of a scripture shawl, I got excited because I haven't really experimented on decorative stitches. It turned out so subtle and so pretty! What do you think?
