AWAKEN AND RENEW
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; Your rod and your staff they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head in oil; My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 23: 1-6 NKJV

TWEAK AND NOURISH
ON REPEAT: WRAP VARIATIONS. When I want to limit my rice intake, I make wraps. This intention doesn't reflect what I have recently learned about a new perspective: don't focus on what you need to stop, instead, focus on what you need to start. One more time...
When I want to increase my protein and fiber intake, I make wraps. Possibilities are endless when preparing wraps. I tend to use leftovers and greens in the fridge. My must haves include a whole grain lavash, spread (hummus, muhammara) , protein (chicken, fish, tofu), greens (leafy greens, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, spinach, arugula), sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, fresh herbs, and a light dressing for the greens.

CREATE AND EVOLVE
MY SECOND HALF: FABRICS+CREATIVE PROCESS=IMMERSIVE BLISS IN SELF-EXPRESSION. 15 years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, realizing that my career path was not unfolding as I had imagined. With a master's degree in healthcare administration, I had set my sights on a top leadership role in a prestigious organization. A year later, a severe respiratory illness struck, leading to multiple hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and months of physical therapy. It was a challenging journey, but I emerged stronger after overcoming the lingering effects of the disease. Amidst this health setback, my husband's job took us on two moves to new locations, adding to the whirlwind of change in my early 40s.
Fast forward to today, in my vibrant mid-50s, I am filled with an immense sense of appreciation. Reflecting on my career during the first half of my life, I am grateful for the years dedicated to caring for patients and collaborating with colleagues in the healthcare field. As I look forward into the future, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to explore the world of creativity with fabrics, paper, craft machines and tools. The mere thought of planning new projects, cutting fabrics, and tapping into endless possibilities fills me with boundless joy!
My style and designs are constantly evolving. I wholeheartedly embrace the beauty and freedom of unapologetic self-expression!

Beautiful creativity room and wraps💕🌸
