TWEAK AND NOURISH
SPINACH: MY FAVORITE GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE. I absolutely love adding spinach to nearly every lunch or dinner dish! Whenever I have some extra time, I whip up a delicious Japanese Spinach Salad Goma-ae (you can find it in one of my blog posts). But most days, I opt for a quick and easy method by cooking spinach in the microwave for just 2 minutes. It's incredibly simple: just take a handful (or two) of freshly washed spinach, place it in a bowl, and drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil. Pop it in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, and voilà! Add your favorite seasonings, and you have a fantastic side dish or a delightful addition to any meal. Here are some ideas:

ENLIGHTEN AND IGNITE
REPURPOSING JARS: HOT CHOCOLATE MIX.
When the weather gets chilly, it's time for a warm drink. My go-to comfort drink is hot cocoa, and I love sharing it with friends and family. First, I went through my collection of jars and picked the perfect size. After that, I gave them a good wash and sanitized them in the dishwasher. Then, I filled them up with cocoa mix and added some dehydrated vanilla marshmallow bits and mini chocolate chips on top. For the labels, I got a little help from my husband to choose and print them.
