TWEAK AND NOURISH
SMALL CHANGES: MEALS AND SNACKS. Sustaining a habit is difficult but doable. Mindful eating takes planning and preparation. So today, I ate half a sandwich and noodles loaded with veggies, drank beet juice with oranges, apples, and carrots, and snacked on berries and cherries with vanilla yogurt. I did so good until my husband offered me an indulgent hot beverage an hour after dinner: a creamy hot cocoa with white chocolate and peppermint topped with milky froth sprinkled with cinnamon. It was so delicious that I couldn't resist!
