CHEF'S DELIGHT: MUSHROOM, SPINACH, TOMATO FRITTATA WITH TRUFFLE GOAT CHEESE

CREATE AND EVOLVE

BOTCHED EMBROIDERY PROJECT TO COMFORT CUSHION. Many months ago, while embroidering a blanket, I encountered a design mistake. Instead of dwelling on it, I decisively cut out the flawed section, deeming it a temporary setback. The cutout piece was set aside in my fabric stash bin, overlooked and buried beneath other projects. Just this week, I purposefully revisited all my works in progress. Among them, I rediscovered the embroidered cutout bearing the words "Be Strong in the Lord." Inspired, I embarked on a creative journey with this piece. After careful consideration, I skillfully incorporated two fabric pieces of a different color on each side of the cutout, forming a casing, and filled it with fabric remnants. My actions transformed what was once considered a failure into a unique and meaningful creation.
