REPURPOSE PROJECT: CHEF'S COAT TO PATCHWORK LINING. It has been 3 years since my husband left the culinary world. Old chef's coats monogrammed with his name are now kept in bins.

When I want to sew lining for pouches and bags, I upcycle old apparel including chef's coats.

MOST REQUESTED: CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH. I get a lot of requests to make chicken salad sandwich. My base ingredients are: boiled chicken, celery, diced fruits (apples, grapes), nuts, raisins, mayo, salt and pepper.
