AWAKEN AND RENEW
I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying "Look, God's home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever."
Revelation 21: 3-4 NLT

TWEAK AND NOURISH
CHEF'S DELIGHT: SALMON FOUR WAYS. If you're new to my blog, Chef's Delight showcases the delicious dishes whipped up by my hubby, who's a former executive chef. In this post, he's sharing four tasty ways he cooked salmon yesterday. And of course, he paired them with a simple salad that was just perfect!
Salmon En Papillote: The ingredients for this dish include salmon fillet, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. On parchment paper, he placed the salmon on top of mushrooms, carrots, onions, and celery before wrapping and sealing it tight, and baking it at 375F for 20 minutes.
Poached Salmon: The ingredients for this dish includes salmon fillet, white wine, onions, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper. Put all the ingredients in a shallow pain, bring it to a boil, and remove from heat. Cover the pan with parchment paper and put in a 375F degree oven. Cook for 20 minutes.
Salmon Teriyaki: Ingredients include salmon fillet, salt, pepper, and teriyaki sauce. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and sear for 4 minutes per side. Coat the salmon with teriyaki sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
Salmon Paprika: Ingredients include salmon fillet, salt, pepper, smoked paprika. Season the salmon fillet and sear for 4 minutes per side.

THE HOPE OF THE RESURRECTION
And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died.
1 Thessalonians 4: 13-14 NLT
