As we reflect on this meaningful day...
...may we be reminded of God's goodness and unfailing love for us.
...may we share with others the invitation to enter God's Kingdom.
...may we show the fullness of our lives in God's grace and mercy.

In Christ, we are set free by the blood of his death. And so we have forgiveness of our sins because of God's rich grace. Ephesians 1:7 ICB
Now that we're no longer shackled to that domineering mate of sin, and out from under those oppressive regulations and fine print, we're free to live a new life in the freedom of God.
Romans 7:6 MSG
Christ carried our sins in his body on the cross. He did this so we would stop living for sin and start living for what is right. And we are healed because of his wounds. 1 Peter 2:24 ICB
So now, there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature. So God did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the body we sinners have. And in that body God declared an end to sin's control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins. He did this so that the just requirement of the law would be fully satisfied for us, who no longer follow our sinful nature but instead follow the Spirit. Romans 8:1-4 NLT
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3: 16 NIV
