tweak and nourish


I've finally made TAHINI DRESSING. I followed a simple recipe with tahini, olive oil, lemon, water to adjust consistency, a pinch of salt (optional), and sumac. For salad, I prepared TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD with chopped herbs (parsley and mint). You may add spinach and sliced onions. It wasn't my intention to add parsley and mint. I had to use the herbs growing abundantly in my balcony:)
