I enjoy experimenting on turkey meatball recipes. Last week, I cooked TURKEY MEATBALLS in BARBECUE SAUCE. I decided to use nutritional yeast as substitute for parmesan cheese. For this recipe, I mixed ground turkey, chopped celery, one egg, nutritional yeast, salt, ground pepper, rolled oats, and fresh basil. I forgot to add Worcestershire sauce. Form into balls and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. On a pan, simmer meatballs in barbecue sauce until sauce is reduced. Enjoy!
