CHICKEN 3 WAYS: Middle Eastern, Asian, and Mexican. When I buy chicken in bulk with the intention of freezing for future consumption, I usually divide it into three. My husband likes these flavors so I make sure I have it ready in the freezer. I prepare 3 freezer storage ziplock bags and add olive oil in each bag. For Mexican, I add Fajita Mix, cumin, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Mix the spices with the olive oil inside the bag. Put the chicken pieces inside the bag and ensure all pieces are coated with the mixture. For Asian, I add soy sauce, minced ginger and garlic, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar. For Middle Eastern, I add 7-spice mix and lemon juice. All set for grilling! Here are the bags:
