Yesterday was my prep day. I triple wash kale and green leaf lettuce. I soak it first with vinegar and water to remove the soil. Then, I rinsed it twice by taking out the greens and draining it in the colander. Do not pour the water in the bowl with the greens into the colander because the soil will adhere to the greens. When you transfer the greens from the bowl to the colander, you will notice the soil/sediments at the bottom of the bowl. All set for salads and kale chips:)
