tweak and nourish


It's that time again to prepare something to satisfy my sweet tooth: DATE COCONUT BITES. In a food processor, I mix almonds, dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and unsweetened coconut flakes. Form into whatever shape you want and roll on a plate with coconut flakes and toasted black sesame seeds. Keep in fridge to last a long time, long enough to satisfy your after-meal cravings:)
