tweak and nourish

When I watch the food shows on TV featuring waffles, I can think of the possibilities of the base ingredients and the variety of toppings. The more I watched the shows, the more I wanted to have my very own waffle maker. The only reason that kept me from purchasing one in the past was because of the lack of counter space inhabited by the coffee maker, food processor, centrifugal juicer, toaster, mini chopper, stand-up mixer, blender, and electric kettle. The waffle maker is the 9th appliance on the counter:) Here is the first homemade waffle from scratch:
