A few weeks ago, I was on a roll one afternoon. My juicer and food processor were in full mode.These are the dishes I prepared: roasted beets, beet/carrot/apple muffins, sautéed green beans, baked salmon, chimichurri, beet/carrot/ apple juice juice, and black bean/sweet potato burgers.












I like to drink homemade hot ginger tea with my muffin.
