tweak and nourish


I was watching Bento Express on NHK when an idea came up: Pan Fried Spring Rolls. I went for a vegetarian option without the deep-fry method (a little less guilt!). The ingredients: mushrooms, carrots, jicama, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, scallions, and wonton wrappers.


My Japanese friend, Yoshiko, came and brought some miso plum dipping sauce:) Oh, it was a perfect match!
